Homemas executed interiors in a modern minimalist Japanese style, covering the show unit, 87 hotel rooms, as well as elevator lobbies, hotel corridors, and the ground-floor lobby.

The scope included complete joinery works, curtains, sofas, coffee tables, corridor carpets, stainless steel trims, reception counters, wall cladding, and artistic decorative details.

The project was delivered on schedule with consistency in design and construction quality, reinforcing Homemas’ capability to manage large-scale rollouts following the success of the show unit.
